Completely makes sense now! With a distribute-list it doesnt make to the
rip database or debug's of rip , while offset list can still make to that
router, without getting installed into the master table.
The question went something like this "Make sure other router would not
install route to x.x.x.x network" , so use of offset-list by vendor makes
more sense.
