From my lab test:
- OSPF check only "sh ip ro 54.1.1.0 255.255.255.0"
If route is in RIB advertise default if not, stop advertise
- I see that you have keyword "always"
With this keyword or without it works the same as above
- Directly connected route could be down (link problem or
intentionally shutdown)
then will disappear from RIB
