When I want pay for my lab I have problem with my transaction.
I received email with below information.

exam was DECLINED. We require immediate action as payment was due 90
days prior to your lab exam date.

account ($500.00 per day for example) for your protection. You may

the payment or you can also submit a different credit card number.

- Create ticket in www.cisco.com/go/certsupport
> Processing this tickets was too long for me and I decided call to cisco.

- Cisco reset my credit card settings, than on my profile I saw again
option to pay for exam. This option is only available when cisco reset
some settings in their system. Than I had opportunity to pay for exam
with any credit card number again.
Suggestion:
- When you receive email with information that there was problem with
transaction from cisco. Create ticket or call to them immediately.
They don't try get payment one more time automatically!
