VPNV4 as-override

Hi
I have two routers operating in AS # 100 , one is operating in AS # 200
Both routers having vpnv4 peering with R9 (which is located in AS # 200)
Now , i turned on debug bgp vpnv4 updates on one of the spokes (As # 100) and i got the denied due to same AS number which is expected
my question is under address-family vpnv4 i cannot find the option as-override ?
using allowas-in did not solve the issue ?

What i am missing ?
