I have run a pair of 8900's with multiple VLAN's across an LACP bundle to a VPC. As to not bottleneck any of the traffic, I usually end up with 1-arm NAT and insert the X-Forwarded-For address into the header of the request. When a customer has multiple VRF's and you want to control the flow of traffic through the F5, you can use route domains to ensure the local table won't override the desired flow. The results have been the same with this design in non-VPC, VPC, and VSS environments.
Let me know if you have any specific questions about the F5 and NX.
