arp inspection and soruce guard

Hi all

i need to check if arp inspection and source guard can be enabled to
gether ?

or since i can issue " ip arp inspecton validate ip " source guard is un
necessary ?

let say for sake of understanding if task suggest to protect aginst mac
and ip spoofing both on a port what would be best solution
