I totally agree with regarding the number of adjacencies the routers will make but still I think to send LSU for all multicast OSPF destination address 224.0.0.5 is much better than send it to DR and then the DR will replicate that to all other routers. Are you agree?

Think of it another way, if you had a segment with 100 routers on it (rare I know but still) you would have to have N-1 neighbours on each router if you didn't have the idea of DR/BDR where as when using the BR/BDR model each router that isnt the DR/BDR only needs to maintain two neighbours.
Whilst its not really an issue with todays hardware having to maintain a large number of neighbours on old hardware would introduce extra stress on the already slow CPU.
