Hi all,

when doing VATS , is it necessary to have both shape peek and shape
adaptive ?

when we over subscribe with " peak " their must be a another value to
throttle down sending speed ie " shape adaptive " ....this throttle occurs
when you see llq filled up .

is my understanding correct?
