Catalyst switches and ISR routers still have a bigger footprint in the
market place.... but I have seen Nexus products introduced regularly
into many enterprise (large & small). Both will put you in demand but
I think there are still less than 10 CCIE DC. That would differentiate
you from the pack.
Other thought, if you are 40% into R&S. Going for R&S could open up
opportunities to get sponsored by company or such to go for DC.
No definitive answer to this question. The answer really lies within.
