my acl's are different than yours ..

i have

permit 224.0.0.0 7.255.255.255.0
permit 224.0.0.0 15.255.255.255.0

even though the acl's (wild card masks ) are different , then yours
...it is giving /4 for first line ...and /5 for second line.

it seems ios has hard coded ..those value ...can you try with
3.255.255.255 or 7.255.255.255 or 15.255.255.255 ..and confirm ..
