Dear just Draw the graph by using any NMS or use Prtg softwear with SNMP
protocol. which is less overhead over for router.

the other ways told by other guys may high your router CPU and these
solution may not suitable for the practical environment..

if you have only cli then you can try Netflow etc etc...
