That log is generated by an EEM applet that is running on the switch, if you look through the config you will see it.
As for the CPU running at 85% I would take a look at the output of 'show proc cpu hist' and 'show proc cpu sorted' to try and shed some light on why the usage is so high, just having a lot of traffic on a switch shouldn't do that.
We have seen issues before where the TCAM is full up and therefore causes software switching (and high CPU along with it) but there a few things that could be causing it.
