The problem was mismatching native vlan on both sides.. making them same, fixed the issue.

Ramesh,

What is your topology looks like? Where is your root switch? I saw you that you enable root guard feature on this port. What is the status of the port? Is it in the Inconsistent state? Use the command show spanning-tree for this interface g3/63 to give you more information.

Please post more information so we can help you further.
