RE: Cisco 6961 Services Item is not exist

I tried other IP Phones such as 7965 and 8945 and they are working fine with the services (Extension Mobility) and I tried the same with 6961 but it doesn't work

I believe this is a 2 step process (1) Make sure CUCM enterprise service parameter is turned on for Services (2) Ensure this device is configured to display the particular service you need eg. Extension Mobility.
