ip dhcp snooping binding and ip source binding

appreciate if some one could explain the difference between ip dhcp
snooping binding (exec leve) and ip source binding (configuration level)
command. Bothe the commands will write the dhcp snooping entry to dhcp
snooping database but not sure whats the difference?
