Yes. Dynamps cannot emulate Catalyst switches. But you only need a few
3550s/3560s which can be bought on ebay for pretty cheap.
Dynamips CAN do most MPLS features, more than you would need on the
CCIE R&S: LDP, RSVP-TE, FRR, VPNv4, EoMPLS (draft martini based).
The only major MPLS features lacking in dynamips is VPLS which would
only be an issue if you're doing the CCIE SP.
