7200 can have only one NPE. There is no redundancy for the Network
Processing Engines, regardless of the model (7204, 7206, VXR/non-VXR).

The slot in front, even though it looks like it will take an NPE is
for I/O modules, which are not used/recommended with NPE-G1/G2 cards,
but were required with older generation NPEs (225, 300, 400).
