OT: Cisco 7961 factory reset

Hello All,

I did a factory reset following the number sequence to a Cisco 7961 IP
Phone following this link, this was the best i could get online since
cisco website couldnt offer much :-

After following the steps from the instruction set, what i discovered
was that the phone sends out dhcp discover messages to the dhcp server
which the server replies to but the ip phone doesnt accept any of the
IPs offered. Here is a screen shot of the issue:-

Why is the ip phone which is the client requesting for address
0.0.0.73? Using tftp32 as both my tftp and dhcp server on PC.

Will appreciate if someone can explain to me this behavior and no how
to resolve this issue.
