Gatekeeper call routing

Hi All,

Id like to know if I can use the tech-prefix instead of the zone prefix to
route the calls.

Ive been presented with a design using solely tech-prefix to route calls and
I'm a bit skeptical about this.

Is it ok to do it and if yes it is recommended?
