Yes as Marko told, it will inherit the Multilink BW or else it will add up
entire BWs from all the links and present the same BW to higher level ( ie
L3 )
If u r running routing protocols over this multilink, this L2 will present
the cumulative BW to the Upper Level ie L3 and Routing protocol metrics
will correctly reflect, its all about L2 BW presenting to the higher levels.
Speaking about Authentication in Multilink, it will prefer the Multilink
password and what authentication protocol configured on Multilink
interface. and if there is nothing, then it will go with the individual
member links.
Make sure that chap or pap or enable properly on the multilink or else on
the individual links, If this handshke is not successfull , u will end up 0
on each n every lab, bcoz ur L2 will be down and nothing works without L2 :)
