Re: BGP Neighbor originated routes

then filter:

ip as-path access-list 1 permit _1234_

route-map AVOID_TRANSIT deny 10
 match as-path 1
route-map AVOID_TRANSIT permit 20

router bgp 1234
 network x.x.x.x x.x.x.x
 neighbor y.y.y.y route-map AVOID_TRANSIT out

should work... test it before in a lab
