Well, what happens if you don't use the first line? What were the results of your labbing it up?

How can you verify the authentication after configuring? What does it read a out the VL?

This could easily be a troubleshooting question, which is why I'm trying to get you to think more about the issue.

(Yes, you need both in your scenario below).
