1st Check that the pseudowire is up
sh mpls l2vpn xconnect vc xx detail
Also check for MTU on the point to point to point interfaces
The PW should be up between the PEs and before you go any further. Try to
use mtu 1504 on the CEs
on all the four points between PE-CE on boths sides
