Re: OSPF ADV Router is not-reachable

As everyone told that, ADV router is not reachable doesnt mean that it
doesnt have an entry for the route in the Routing table. It is all about
running SPF in the local router. If u dont see any updates from the Router
ID for that particular LSA from a particular interface, u are going to mark
them as ADv router is not reachable.

Its al about , Link can go down or Router can reload or router going down,
neighborship will go down for sure, but the LSAs in the database will still
hold the LSA for sometime inorder to see whether the neighborship is
flapping or not.

If it flaps then u can have IP Dampening enabled to solve the issue.
