this is a lab so no real gear but just gns3.
I've relabbed this again and it's clear that SW1 sees R3 as not-reachable
because I've shutdown the interfaces on R3.
Actually, (just to make sure) I've isolated this nssa area from every other
area (there were 2 exit point).
I've clear all ospf processes but despite that I still see the R3 in
not-reachable state.
I got to reboot the router in that area to fix this.. at this point I think
it's just a GNS3 issue. I cannot lab it with real gear at the moment.
