I've received the below email . This is both a cisco partner and a training
institute. This looks highly highly suspicious. Can we/Cisco do something
about this and stop this non-sense.

This is an 11 days Program. We need you to be present at the institute all
these days before your exams. There would be 3 model exams that we provide
and you will have to clear at least 2 exams for you to qualify for this
program. Once you qualify for this program, If you do not pass the CCIE Lab
Exam in the first attempt, we will reimburse you the Lab Exam fee of USD
1500.00 once you produce the confirmation that you have booked the CCIE Lab
Exam for the second time.****
