That sounds so predictive that CCIE people meet on a bar, drink beers & speak
about network, doesn't it ?

I try to convince my colleagues that I don't just spend all my time behind my
computer screen and drinking beers, so I had the idea of creating a marathon
or half-marathon race, where only CCIE people could join.

Your number on the race would be your CCIE#; maybe 1st price would be a
voucher to CCIE lab ;-)
