Tauseef,

Try to remove the no peer neighbor-route command, you configured the virtual-template interface as /24 and you give the dialer side /32 host route.
When you remove the no peer neighbor command, you will install /32 host route on each side. also as Joe said you don't have to configure ospf networks type.

Try this and let me know what will happen.
