In SecureCRT it's under Session Options -> Connection -> Name. Change the
tab's "title" there.

server).
Then accessing routers from my windows laptop using securecrt (Telnet
192.168.10.10 2001).

You're opening telnet from GNS3?  If so just pre-build your sessions in
SecureCRT or Putty and connect on your own once GNS3 is running.
