OT : mac vs win7 for gns3

Hi all,

please forgive for OT.

for my ccie studies for running gns3 which is better laptop ? mac pro or
any equivalent with win 7 ?

and can any one know we can use any laptop for vmware esxi instaltion for
lab environment ?

i am trying to kill two birds with one stone as well.
