Robust Network Monitoring tool

Hello all,

I need a robust network monitoring tool/suite for an enterprise network.
Considering that there are loads of network monitoring applications out
there, I am confused about which ones to choose. If you have experiences
working with these diverse applications, I need you to recommend some to me
with possible reasons.
