All about right sizing. 3945 w/increased RAM can hold whole internet
routing table NP (actually we were taking it in from two different
SP's and it could handle)

So follow the published specs. If your pipe has no ability to clear
350Mbps than it is a safe bet. Tested to work well for both WAN and
Internet.

Not everyone has a gig pipe to the internet....
