Input 120 vs 240 does make a difference, twice actually :) It occupies two poles (or 3) and will increase your total output wattage.
Just saying you need 7945's is not enough, you need to know the quantity and whether you're okay with combined mode power or true redundant power.

110 vs 220 has got nothing to do with the wattage (which is what you are after )
The US is 110V while the rest of the world runs 220V (over simplifying)
You need to get a higher wattage PSU.
