Question for a Question?

What if you forgot about the reload in 15 minutes and it reloaded anyway??

It's BAD either WAY in real life.

This is why Carriers and SERIOUS customers hate the command and do not allow
it.

It is only used if there are no other options.

That's why "commit confirm" is there for IOS-XR.
