I don't know if I understood you right, but if u mean processing a QoS
profile per-Subs in hardware, I would say yes, it does, but it looks like
it has some limitations, since Juniper states that having a qos profile per
Sub would require more memory resources than the ASIC can provide, so they
change its behavior, it is not clear on how it works, would be nice to give
a call to your SE. :D

I would set up a trial with all the vendors(Ericsson/Juniper,etc) you have
in mind and I would do a CPOC based on your requirements.
