Hi Mohamad,
Only the SRX branch happens to support L2 switching. HE SRX family doesn't
support ethernet switching.
For the HE (SR3600) in your case, it supports transparent or routed modes
only & can't run using both simultaenously. The below links can help you

constraints/limitations of going in that direction:
