BVI to bridge group 1 to frame relay

Hi Experts

Just a quick one trying to work out if a BVI routed ip address when it passes the ipv4 packet to bridge group 1 interface which then get frame relayed into FR cloud , technically does the ipv4 payload get encapsulated into an Ethernet frame with source & destination mac then encapsulated with 4 byte frame relay frame

Just the bridge eth encapsulation bit I need to understand
