FYI, you do not need enable ip directed broadcast, simply ip
relay address <local gw> under the SVI for the clients to get to ..
int vlan 123
...
ip dhcp relay address <dhcp server>
ip dhcp relay address <local subnet broadcast>
...
You get the drill.
