RE: CUCME 8.8 MOH for 6921

That depends, are the IP phones coming right of the box with 9.X firmware
version?

If MOH works with 7962, however, not with 6921 you may be hitting already
provided bugID, However, in order to isolate we need to know what 6921 is
currently running.
