RE: CUCME 8.8 MOH for 6921

Assuming you can call between the 7962 and 6921 and hear both callers, check your MRGL settings for both phones.

I configured MOH on CUCME8.8 . I can hear the music on 7962 when i press MOH button on 6921 but when i press the MOH button on the 7962 i can't hear the Music on 6921 .

So the MOH is working on 7962 but doesn't work on 6921
