Dear i think you need to creat 2 route maps for e.g D1(datacenter 1) and
D2 (datacenter 2) apply these route-map under vpnv4 address family at
neighbor x.x.x.x route-map ....( D1 or D2)
if you want to prefer some PE router to be prefer for D1 (datacenter1) then
under the route-map high the local preference and apply this route-map at
nei x.x.x.x (D1) and
if you want to prefer some PE router to be prefer for D2 (datacenter2) then
under the route-map high the local preference and apply this route-map at
nei x.x.x.x (D2) .
i think its works for you..
