cisco asa streaming media through a ssl vpn session

Is there any restrictions or good document that someone can guide us too...

I have a video server that's running off the asa inside interface (sec 100)
port

I can stream upto around 1500kbps then it seems restricted after that.

ssl vpn client > proxy > internet > asa 0 int > inside iptv

For example if I am coming in from the internet I can get 3000kbps easy
i.e...

proxy > internet > asa 0 int > inside slingbox

3mbps is the correct upload speed at the site, so I'm thinking the asa is
bottlenecking the potential 1500kbps, how can I prove this?

I understand QoS is not supported feature for ssl vpn
