all that maybe true but with the way economy is around the world it may
just be network security companies doing something funny to scare the banks
and the other organizations into buying their ddos/firewall/security tools
and/or consulting services.

i know banks should have all that infrastructure in place but more doesn't
hurt and when did they deploy that, 5 years ago? its time to pony up.
