Hello,
I have CUCM8.6 and The Corporate Directory displays the user names as
follows:
Last Name, First Name I would like to change it to the following format: First
Name, Last Name There is a workaround which is exchanging the First Name field
by the Last Name field in the End User configuration. But that will not work
properly for the search Besides this, is there any other easier solution?
