JVM error in Callmanager

Hello expert,
Can someone please helps with this? I created some VMs on my
VMware workstation 9 and installed my Callmanager 7, Unity and Presence. The
installation goes fine I can even use the Callmanager to register my phones
use Unity, Presence and Contact Center but after a few hours my Callmanager
keeps giving me the following error message when I tried to access using the
CLI at the same time I can use the Callmanager web interface for a while and
then it freeze my phones go unregistered canbt access it anymore. When it
happened the first time I rebuilt my VMs and started from scratch but it keeps
happening over and over. I am just tired rebuilding VMs and start the
installation from scratch I donbt know what to do. I researched it canbt
find anything. I never turn my Server off it stays up all the time.
