It depends on what exactly you want to do.
Where sessions are initiated? From the inside or from the outside.
If sessions are initiated from the outside, the router need to somehow
decide to which server to map to each session, and that is usually done by
TCP/UDP port mapping.
You have to be more specific to find the answer
