Donate it to the Smithsonian... most charities I know want pretty new gear - like dell 2950's (not 2800's) and Cisco 3750 (not 3550).
Places like techsoup and such know the value of the gear and will give you a $50 tax receipt for stuff older than 2008. Sorry...

All those are valid common ones guys but how many churches and schools are going to be able to leverage a fiber optic SC-ST cable or specialized adapters? I'm looking for a more technical place and a few calls to Cisco Network academies didn't yield anything
