I've thought about this one quite a bit myself. I really think you
absolutely have to use exactly what the task asks of you. If it out right
says HTTP, but does not include words like "secure" or even HTTPS itself,
then just HTTP should be fine, however, I was also told by a proctor that
you do not lose points for over configuration.

Having that said, if it says "www" or "domain", I do not see where it would
count against you if you did include both TCP and UDP for DNS and HTTP and
HTTPS for "www" traffic. I think the thing to remember is to look for
specifics in a restriction given, but otherwise, I would probably over
configure a little than trying to guess if they're asking about one or the
other or even both.
