When to use bandwidth command in frame-relay

If in the exam, its not been asked to configure "*Bandwidth command*" under
serials while configuring frame-relay between two routers over their main
interfaces. Does it still necessary to use it for proper operation of
routing protocols over it. If yes then how should i decide what value i
should use with this commend

Also, while configuring PPPoFr, should i apply "*no peer-neighbor route*"
command, even if not asked in the question.

Since i think that automated scripts used to evaluate the lab exam and if i
write extra, may be its improving the throughput, the marks will be cut if
no of lines under my solution and their script's solution don't match.
That's why i am asking pls help.
