Multicast igmp join

Can someone help me with my multicast problem? I can't ping 239.3.3.1 from anywhere and I don't know why I am showing "stopped" below.

int vlan33
ip igmp join-group 239.3.3.1

show ip igmp group

output:

Group address interface uptime expires last reporter
239.3.3.1 vlan33 00:10:40 stopped 0.0.0.0
